I created a jotform for my website which is hosted on canva. Its been so long since ive used it that jotform is no longer logged in on the canva app and i genuinely have no idea what my email address would have been and regardless i would not have access to it anymore.
that is the link on my jotform. my new email address is charlotte.hawke@outlook.com.au
i believe my previous email address may have been info@platinumglo.com.au which i no longer have access to.
please email me on charlotte.hawke email address or call on 0422100429 - if jotform took my number in the account the contact number would still be the same.

I seem to have lost my work space. I built a form for registration, It is labeled "Family Reunion Registration Form". There were at least 10 forms submitted the last time I checked. I also had other draft versions of the form. WhenI log into my account now the my workspace is empty. I did change the password a few days ago, but that shouldn't keep me from accessing the correct workspace right? I am kind of in a panic. so if you can help find my workspace as soon as possible.
